Winding Drum Residential Elevator

R.E.A.L Elevator Solutions, Inc. can provide a winding drum residential elevator for those applications where space is an issue. The elevator equipment is placed a the top of the
hoistway which eliminates the need for a separate machine room.  The control cabinet can be placed near the elevator hoistway for easy access.  This elevator is an alternate solution for coastal floodplain applications.

Our winding drum elevator is also Environmentally Friendly, energy efficient and can be paired with an eco friendly cab to create a fully "green" residential elevator.
