Choose The Service Plan That’s Right For You

Gold Plan    (Extended Parts & Labor Warranty/Preventative Maintenance)
• Available only on equipment installed by R.E.A.L Elevator Solutions, Inc. 
• The cost of parts and labor are covered for the term of the agreement
• Includes 2 inspections and 2 preventative maintenance visits as per contract schedule (inspection, lubrication, adjustment and cleaning)
• Includes unlimited call backs performed during normal working hours
• Includes (24) hour emergency telephone assistance
• Excludes any damage caused by misuse or acts of God 


Silver Plan    (Limited Parts & Labor Warranty/Preventative Maintenance)
• The cost of parts and labor are covered under the term of this agreement, less a $200.00 deductible
• Includes 2 inspections and 2 preventative maintenance visits as per contract schedule (inspection, lubrication, adjustment and cleaning)
• Includes up to 2 call backs performed during normal working hours (weekends, after normal hours, and holidays will be billed at 1.5 times the standard billing rate)
• Includes (24) hour emergency telephone assistance
• Excludes any damage caused by misuse or acts of God 


Bronze Plan    (Preventative Maintenance)
• The cost of parts (less a 25% discount) and labor for any repairs are not covered under this agreement
• Includes 2 inspections and 2 preventative maintenance visits as per contract schedule (inspection, lubrication, adjustment and cleaning)
• Includes (24) hour emergency telephone assistance
• This agreement does not include any callbacks. However all call backs will be charged at 25% less than our regular billing rates including travel time and expenses
